QuickKOL provides creator discovery, public content and audience analysis, saved creator records, monitoring, campaign management, and AI-assisted outreach tools for brands, agencies, and marketing teams. The Chrome extension helps you view creator information on supported social platform pages.

Available features, data coverage, and allowances depend on your plan and the information shown in the product. Website workflow previews use example data and simulated progress. They do not send real emails to example creators or create paid orders.

Provide accurate account information and make sure you are authorized to use the services for the relevant team or brand. Protect your login credentials and manage member permissions. Contact support promptly if you discover unauthorized access.

Use QuickKOL in accordance with applicable law, relevant platform rules, and other people’s rights. Do not use the services for fraud, harassment, spam, intellectual property infringement, or unauthorized data collection.

Do not bypass access restrictions, misuse accounts, disrupt the services, or abuse APIs. When exporting or using creator contact information, establish an appropriate lawful basis, follow applicable marketing requirements, and respect recipients’ opt-out requests.

Plan prices, billing cycles, features, and allowances are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. The final amount, taxes, renewal arrangements, and order conditions are those displayed and confirmed at checkout. Credits are deducted according to the feature and usage rules shown in the product.

If your order includes automatic renewal, manage it through the available account controls or contact support before the next billing cycle. Plan changes normally take effect at the next cycle. Cancellation, refunds, and remaining allowances are handled under the applicable order conditions and legal requirements.

Creator data comes from available public information and platform signals and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. AI rankings, analysis, budget suggestions, and email drafts support your judgment. They do not guarantee creator fit, response rates, sales, or other campaign outcomes.

Before sending emails, exporting data, or running automation, review facts, recipients, content, budgets, and permissions, and configure the human approval steps you need. You are responsible for the actions you authorize and the content you ultimately use.

You retain your rights in briefs, documents, and other materials you submit and confirm that you have the permissions needed to submit and use them. You grant QuickKOL the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display those materials to provide your selected features.

QuickKOL software, interfaces, and brand assets are protected by intellectual property rights. Third-party platforms and creators retain the rights in their content. Discovering or exporting content does not grant permission to republish it, use it in advertising, or otherwise exploit it commercially.

When connecting email, social platforms, or other services, comply with their terms and the scope of your authorization. Third-party availability and data rules may change. You can revoke access through the relevant account or platform settings.

The parties to a creator collaboration should agree deliverables, fees, payments, usage rights, and dispute handling in a separate agreement. Using a QuickKOL workflow does not itself create a collaboration or payment obligation between QuickKOL and a creator.

You may stop using the services and contact support to request account closure. Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended to address violations, abuse, account security, or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a contact route.

Features may change because of maintenance, platform restrictions, or product updates. Material changes to purchased services are handled under applicable order conditions and legal requirements. The privacy policy explains how data is handled after account closure.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available. We do not warrant third-party content, platform continuity, the conduct of collaboration parties, or campaign results. No limitation of liability excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects statutory rights that cannot be waived.

These terms may change as the product or legal requirements evolve. This page shows the latest update date. Material changes will be communicated through the product or another appropriate channel. Where separate consent is legally required, we will request it.
