Before you continue

This policy covers information handling connected with QuickKOL websites, workspace, and Chrome extension. The processing involved depends on the features you use. When you follow a link to a third-party service, that service’s privacy policy also applies.

01

Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, we may handle the following information:

  • Account and support information: registration email, account details, team information, and messages you send to support.
  • Campaign information: briefs, uploaded materials, saved creators, search and monitoring records, email drafts, and associated task status.
  • Public creator information: available account profiles, content, engagement metrics, and public business contact details.
  • Technical and billing information: device, browser, access, and error records needed to operate the services, together with subscription, credit usage, and payment status.
02

How information is used

Information is used to provide the search, analysis, saved records, monitoring, campaign, and outreach features you request; maintain account and team access; administer subscriptions and credits; respond to support requests; and operate the services and address abuse.

Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, the basis depends on the activity and may include providing the contracted service, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or your consent. Consent can be withdrawn for processing that relies on it, subject to the applicable rules.

03

AI and email outreach

To produce the analysis, plans, or drafts you request, relevant briefs, necessary campaign context, and creator information may be processed by AI services supporting that feature. Provide only the materials needed for the task and that you are entitled to use, and avoid unrelated sensitive information.

After you connect an email account and authorize outreach, relevant recipients, message content, and delivery status are processed through the selected email service and QuickKOL workflow. Sending and automation should follow the permissions and approval steps you configure.

04

Chrome extension and permissions

On supported social platform pages, the extension may read relevant creator details and content signals for the enabled features, such as displaying metrics or adding information to your workspace. Review the permissions shown during installation and in browser settings. You can manage site access or remove the extension at any time.

Grant only the permissions needed when connecting a third-party account. Connections can be revoked through the third-party account settings. Existing records after revocation are handled under the applicable retention and deletion rules.

05

Website demos and browser storage

The website uses local browser storage to remember language and display theme. Clearing site data resets those preferences. Workspace sign-in and other necessary functions may use cookies or similar storage, which you can manage in your browser settings.

Website campaign previews show examples and simulated workflows. Files selected in the demo are used only to display the selection and are not uploaded to QuickKOL services. The contact form prepares an email draft. Support receives it only after you send it in your email app.

Voice input is handled by the browser’s speech recognition feature. Depending on the browser, audio may be processed by its service provider. Review the relevant permissions and privacy information before enabling the microphone.

06

Sharing and third parties

Selected features may require hosting, AI, email, or payment providers to process relevant information. Information may also be made available to team members or collaborators at your direction, or disclosed where necessary to meet legal requirements, protect lawful rights, or address security incidents.

Payments are handled by the provider identified at checkout, whose privacy policy applies to relevant payment information. When you open social platforms, the Chrome Web Store, or external AI tools, those third parties handle your visit and submitted information under their own policies.

07

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the information category, features used, account status, and legal, billing, security, or dispute handling needs. Stopping use or closing an account does not necessarily remove every record immediately. Records required by law and backups may remain for their applicable retention periods.

Contact support to request account closure, deletion of related data, or details of how specific information is retained. We may need to verify account ownership and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

08

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a relevant regulator. These rights may also apply to personal information in public creator profiles.

Submit requests using the email below, identifying the relevant account or creator profile and the issue you want addressed. We will verify the necessary information and explain the available response. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive materials.

09

Security and international processing

Account and permission settings are important to protecting information. Use secure sign-in methods, limit team access, and revoke connections you no longer need. No network transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact support if you identify an account or data security issue.

When infrastructure or connected services operate across regions, information may be processed outside your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the processing must meet those requirements. You can ask support about the data handling arrangements for a specific feature.

10

Children

QuickKOL is intended for professional marketing and business use, not for children. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information without the necessary authorization, contact support so the matter can be reviewed and addressed.

11

Policy updates and contact

This policy may change as features and legal requirements evolve, and this page shows the latest update date. Material changes will be communicated through the product or another appropriate channel. Contact QuickKOL support for policy questions, information handling enquiries, or privacy requests.
