When you use QuickKOL and its Chrome extension, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: email address, username, and password (encrypted) provided during registration

• Profile data: name and other personal information you provide in account settings

• Usage data: your activity on the platform, including search history, saved favorites, and monitoring projects

• Extension activity: actions taken by the Chrome extension on social media pages (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to enable creator data viewing and pricing estimation

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and similar basic technical information used for service operation and security

How We Use Your Data

Data we collect is used only for the following purposes:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the core features of QuickKOL and the Chrome extension

• Verifying user identity and ensuring account and data security

• Analyzing service usage to improve the user experience

• Sending service-related notifications when necessary (e.g. account security alerts)

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in China and protected using industry-standard encryption. We conduct regular security reviews and restrict access to user data to authorized personnel only. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is handled in accordance with applicable law.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Third parties may be involved only in the following cases: (1) when you sign in with Google, subject to Google's Privacy Policy; (2) when required by law or government authorities; (3) trusted service providers engaged to help deliver core services, bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Chrome Extension Permissions

The QuickKOL Chrome extension requests the following permissions, used only for its core functionality:

• Read page content: to extract publicly available creator data (follower count, engagement rate, etc.) from social media profiles

• Storage: to save your CPM settings and preferences locally; this data is not sent to any third party

• Network access: to sync creator data to your QuickKOL account (requires sign-in)

Your Rights

As a user, you have the following rights:

• Access: you can view and update your personal information at any time in account settings

• Correction: if you find inaccurate data, you can contact us to have it corrected

• Deletion: you can request deletion of your account and associated data (see below)

How to Delete Your Data

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to renhong.hc@gmail.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request', and include your registered email address in the message. We will process your request within 15 business days and send a confirmation once complete. After deletion, your personal information will be permanently removed; some anonymized usage statistics may be retained as required by law.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through a platform announcement or email. We recommend checking this page periodically for the latest version. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
